The GravityTM Training System (GTS) is an all-in-one functional, resistance training machine which uses cables, pulleys and a free-motion glide-board to deliver maximum training results. Its tower is adjustable to 8 levels of resistance making it the ideal training system for beginners and advanced participants alike. Previously used only by physical therapist this equipment has been used for years to help people age 4 to 94 regain strength and mobility.
With the Gravity training system we are able to recreates everyday movements by working several muscles and joints simultaneously there-by promoting stabilization rather than isolation. These Exercises engage all muscle groups, and facilitate more than 250 strength training, and stretching exercises. The GTS allows us to move quickly from one exercise to another for an effective and efficient workout!
Gravity Strength TrainingTM: This is a time efficient workout that uses your body weight as the resistance factor against gravity to work your entire body. This is a 45-minute class that includes a warm up, workout, cool down and stretching.
Gravity Express TrainingTM: A total body workout that incorporates both Gravity Strength and Gravity stretching exercises to give you a well-rounded and challenging workout in just 40 minutes!
GravityTM Express: If you do not have hours to spend doing traditional strength training, this is the option for you. This class uses just one piece of equipment to deliver a full body workout with maximum training results in thirty minutes. Your instructor will guide you through a series of exercises designed to get you in shape in no time.
GRAVITY Personal TrainingTM: An ideal option for anyone, no matter if you are training for a specific sport, body sculpting, or building muscle, regular sessions with our EFI certified personal trainer will insure you reach you goal.
