Training Options

 

Personal Training Sessions:
All regular in-home or office personal training session include a warm-up, full-body workout, stretching, and other exercises selected by our trainer to insure you meet your goals. There are three (3) training packages to choose from:


4 Session Package
: 
A start-up personal training package. this package includes an initial consultation, a customized home workout plan, and two sessions to insure you understand your program, answer any questions you have and to make sure you are using proper forum.

8 Session Package:

Includes all the features of the start-up personal training package, but it is highly recommended for persons beginning a fitness program for the first time, persons getting back into exercising after a long break, and anyone who would like the benefit of having someone there to monitor there activities, make adjustments as needed and motivate them to reach there goal.

16 Session Package:
For the individual who wants/needs that extra boost of motivation that a personal trainer can provide. If you are an athlete trying to improve your performance, a young lady or man looking to tone up before a special event, and anyone else that would prefer one-on-one instruction with a certified professional.
